Membership Guide & Agreement

1. Welcome to the Circle

I built Luna Sol Wellbeing out of my own experience with caregiving and loss — the exhaustion, the guilt, the strange in-between of grieving someone (or something) while still having to show up for the rest of life. I could not find a single place that treated caregivers, grievers, and people grieving a beloved pet with the same seriousness and tenderness. So I built one.

The Balance Path™ is not a straight line from broken to fixed. It is a spiral: Relax, Restore, Rebuild, Rise — phases you move through, circle back to, and revisit as many times as you need. There is no wrong way to walk it, and no deadline for arriving anywhere.

2. What Your Membership Includes

Course Library (via Tevello): Full access to The Balance Path™ four-phase course — Relax, Restore, Rebuild, Rise — in the edition(s) matching your membership tier, guided video/audio lessons, reflection prompts, knowledge checks, and downloadable companion workbooks.

Private Membership Community: Access to members-only circle spaces tied to your pathway for peer support, shared reflection, and founder-hosted touchpoints.

Note: Membership does not include one-on-one coaching, medical advice, therapy, or medical care of any kind.

3. Community Guidelines & Safety

• Treat every member with dignity, compassion, and respect. No harassment, hate speech, or shaming.
• Keep what is shared in the group strictly confidential. Do not screenshot, quote, or repeat members' stories.
• Share personal experiences and support, not medical, psychiatric, legal, or veterinary advice.
• No commercial selling, solicitation, or outside business promotion.
• Luna Sol Wellbeing reserves the right to moderate and remove content or members who violate these norms.

4. Membership Terms: Billing, Renewal & Cancellation

Billing: Membership is billed on the monthly cycle selected at checkout and will renew automatically at the standard rate until canceled.

Cancellation & 14-Day Grace Period: You may cancel at any time. When you cancel, future billing stops immediately, and you retain access to your course library and community circle for a 14-day grace period to preserve your notes and practices before access concludes.

Refunds: Because membership grants immediate access to digital proprietary materials, past membership fees charged are generally non-refundable once access is provided.

5. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

Educational & Peer Support Only: Luna Sol Wellbeing content is educational and intended for general wellbeing and peer support. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, or veterinary care. Grief is not an illness, and this program does not diagnose, treat, or cure any psychological or medical condition.

Crisis Resources: If you or someone you know is in crisis or having thoughts of self-harm, please call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the U.S.) or call 911 immediately. Our community is not a monitored crisis service.

Wellness Devices: Any saunas, cold plunges, PEMF mats, or massage devices referenced in our materials are general wellness products, intended for human use only (not for pets), and are not evaluated or endorsed as treatment for medical conditions.

6. Intellectual Property & Limitation of Liability

The Balance Path™, the Spiral Assessment, and all lessons, videos, workbooks, and community materials are the proprietary property of Luna Sol Wellbeing LLC. Membership grants a personal, non-transferable license for your own personal wellbeing. Unauthorized copying, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luna Sol Wellbeing LLC, its founder, and contractors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your voluntary participation.

Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
