My journey into wellness wasn't planned — it was lived. I found myself navigating one of life's most profound challenges: caring for my wife of 20 years as she courageously fought cancer for three years, and then finding my footing after her passing in 2020.

Through that caregiving and grief journey, I turned to tools that helped me survive and, eventually, heal. These weren't trends to me. They were lifelines.

Luna Sol Wellbeing exists because I looked at everything I'd been through and thought: someone else is walking this road right now. I wanted to be the resource I wished I'd had.
